e A meeting _of the New Plymouth j Card Association was held last evening, j Mr. E. Whittle being in the chair. To- , gether with the secretary (Mr. T. Hood) he was appointed to arrange all fixtures for the ensuing season, and it was decided that play start next week. At present the following teams have nominated:—St. Aubyn, Fitzroy, and Fire ■ Brigade; but it is expected that at least " there will be one addition to this list.
