The usual procedure would be a waste of time, since any amendment would destroy the identity of the Bills Mr. Bonar Law retorted: "Then our discussion will be a complete farce." Messrs. Birrell, McKenna and Ure reintroduced the three Bills, which were Hot discussed. AN ACTIVE RESISTER. ' London, May 7. The newspapers announce that Sir E Carson is going to Belfast. He has relinquished his legal work for three months in order to organise resistance to Home Rule.
