A ROYAL FLYING CORPS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 8, 11.10 p.m. London, May 8. A crowded meeting at Liverpool inaugurated the Flying Corps. Colonel Seeley wrote that the equipment of a Royal flying corps would cost £40,000. It would be of the greatest value to the State.
