As the result of a caucus, the Liberals announce that they intend to continue the obstruction of the Naval Bill, with the object of forcing a general election. THE NAVAL DEBATE. ___ Received 7, 9.30 p.m. Ottawa, May 8. The House has resumed the naval debate; Mr. White declared that Britain would be compelled to build additional ships for the defence of the Empire if Canadian vessels were not built.
