AVENUE ROAD CLUB. The, following report will bo presentad at the annual meeting of the Avenue Road Card Club or. Wednesday night:— In presenting the sixth annual report of the Avenue Road Card Club, the members should be very proud of its year'« working. The season has been a most successful one, both financially and in the tournament. The club handled £6 8s lOd for the season, the chief items being donations £2, members' fees £1 13s 6d. The expenses for the season were £1 19s 6d. The club has a credit balance of £4 9s 4d. During the season tea matches were played, the club winning 4, drawing 1, and losing 5. The club's euchre team again proved the champion team in the Association, winning the ptey off with St. Aubyn's euchre team, and won the Malone Challenge Euchre Shield. The club's thanks are again due to the President, Vice-Presidents, the Press, ai>d all others who assisted the club in any way during the season.
