Adelaide, May <J. Mr.. Fisher has announced that he has received a letter from Admiral Henderson stating that lie thought the Admiralty had made a mistake regarding the Canadian naval scheme. If it had advised Canada to follow Australia's lead, with a promise of all possible support in the creation of a navy uf its own, it would probably have brought the Canadian parties together, ready to make sacrifices for a far higher policy, an ideal one which certainly in the long ran would have been more advantageous to Canada and the whole Empire.
