ITS PEKSONXEL.Ey Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Mr. Peter Barr, of Dunedin, and Mr. J. H. Richardson, Commissioner of th© Government Life Insurance Department, have been appointed by the Governor to be the two members of the Public Service Board of Appeal, required to be appointed under section 32 of the Public Service Act ot 1912., Mr. Peter Barr is chairman of the Board. Mr. Alexander Mill, of the Telegraph Office, Auckland, has been elected unopposed represent the telegraph officers. 'Tfitf voting for two members of the -Board. to represent the public service (otMjtohan the Postal Department), and Jnelw net for the officers of tl e Pomflyßepartineftt. will be counted on the Wtp'iiist.
