ARREST OF MARINES. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Lisbon, May 1. Ten marines belonging to the cruiser San Gabriel have been arrested for plotting to liberate military prisoners aboard the cruiser Republic. A hundred marines from the military barracks have been arrested in connection with the attempted revolt.
