The suffragette outrages which have been recorded in our cables from day to day have grown to such serious dimensions that we are not surprised to find the Home Secretary, Mr. McKcnna, announcing in the House of Commons that the Government at last intends to get particularly busy in suppressing the "militant" part of the movement.
