ALLEGED INCENDIARISM. Per Press Association. Invercargill, Wednesday. In the Police Court, Colin Gerard, a farmer, was committed for trial on a, charge of setting fire to refreshment rooms at Thornbury, the premises being destroyed and the loss to the proprietor being £BOO. The Magistrate remarked that though the case was not verv strong, he was satisfied that it should go before a jury.
