FORECAST AND SUMMARY. ;Bj Telegraph.—Per Press Association. . Wellington, Last Night. Summary.—The weather has proved cloudy and unsettled generally with showers at times in most parts of the Dominion. Snow has fallen on higher levels in the South, and the weather is generally colder. The barometer has fallen in the North, hut is now rising in the South. Forecast:—The present indications are for southerly winds strong to gale, generally; very cold and squally Weather, with heavy showers in most t , parts of the Dominion. The barometer ■will probably rise fast everywhere soon. and very high pressure may be expected to follow.
