A BOMB EXPLOSION.
OUTRAGE IN TONQUIN. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Paris, April 28. An Annamese threw a bomb into a crowded cafe at Hanoi, the capital of the Tonquin Province of Annam, killing Majors Ahatnis and Mongrcnt, and wounding six Europeans and five natives. The murderer escaped, but many arrests hav» been effected. The plot was hatched in China, whence the revolutionaries are subsidising the Annamese revolutionaries. The Hanoi police recently discovered other bombs.
