The Rarawa brought 80 tons of cargo from Onehunga yesterday morning, including 30 tons of flour and a quantity of fruit. THE FLORA. The Flora is due here this morning from southern ports with afiout COO tons of general cargo. She proceds to the West Coast after discharging. THE KARAMU. The Karamu was expected to put in an" appearance at an early hour this morning. Her cargo will consist of 215 tons of coal, after discharging which she sails for Onehunga. THE MOA. The Moa was expected to arrive late last night or early this morning from Westport with 113 tons of coal. THE WAIMEA. , The Waimea is due here this morning from. Tarakohe with 40 tons of cement. She goes on to Onehunga after discharging. "\ THE UNION COMPANY'S LATEST CHARTER. - The' Union Company's recently charter--1 ed passenger steamer Willochra is one I of three large steamers recently built ) by Messrs Wm. Beardmore and Co., Ltd., j of Dalmuir, Scotland, for the Adelaide ) Company. She is a vessel of 7780 tons I' gross register, 410 feet in length, 56y 2 feet beam, and 37 feet depth (moulded to upper deck]. The Willochra is a 1 sumptuously fitted and furnished steamI er, with accommodation for about 250 j first-class, 120 second-class and CO thirdj class passengers, on the three principal decks. The first and second-class music rooms and lounges are on the promenade deck, and the state-rooms.for these two classes are on the upper- deck, where the dining saloons are situated. The thirdclass accommodation is on' the upper | and shelter decks. The vessel' lias a mean speed of 15 knots.
