A Melbourne ■ea'b'le.gram MieU April 23 says:—Cliia, a dismissed employee of the Chinese Consulate, who Shot at and wounded tie Consul on March 21, pleaded mot guilty of .wounding with intent to murder, but guilty -of wounding with intent, to, do grievous harm. The prosecution accepted the plea, and the prisoner was* remanded.
