CHARGE OF MANSLAUGHTER.
RESULT OF A MOTOR ACCIDENT. >, Per Press Association. Timaru, Last Night. At the Magistrate's Court the hearing was concluded of a charge against « • C. H. Besley of manslaughter through the negligent driving of a motor car. causing a collision by which a postal . official named Dixon was instanteously killed. Defence was reserved. Accused was committed for trial, bail being allowed of £IOO himself and one surety of the same amount.
