THE LOVE COVE TRAGEDY.
WRIGHT ARRESTED. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 27, 5.5 p.m. Sydney, April 20. Wright has been arrested on a charge of minder. Wright, after treatment at the hospital, wivs committed to a mental asylum,' and was arrested when discharged. A Sydney cablegram, dated February 14, says:—Myrtle Caldwell, aged 21,' was' found shot last night in a critical condition in a shelter shed at Love Cove. William Wright, aged 21, a steward, a recent arrival from England, who was keeping company with Caldwell, reached home at midnight.. Shortly afterwards he was found shot, and in a serious condition. It is stated that Wright prevailed on the girl to get the afternoon off to visit English ships in the harbor.
