ENGINEER'S UNION.
SETTLEMENT OF A DISPUTE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. London, April 23. In January a meeting of the Council of the Engineers' Union was broken up by a number, who rolled some of the councillors down the steps. The question of the control of the union came before the Court, which has now decided that Jones, general secretary, five trustees, and four other officers arc the true administrative authority, and entitled to control the eight hundred branches. The verdict was against the executive council, whose term of ofiice was duly determined by the delegate meetings.
