"W.—"A number of years ago I contracted a salt water boll on tlio anklo just abovo the boot; when it healed up It left a hole liko a bullet wound. About a year ago I notieod that it was getting very inflamed and a scaly patch forming. 1 tried several remedies but tl,o red scaly patch continued to spread and the itching was so intolerable I could not keep from scratching and tearing it.
