At the wool sales, 1(1,007 bales were offered, including 5771 bale-; Irom Xew Zealand. There was a huge a I tendance, and bidding was excellent and spirited. Th'ere was wide competition for crossbred*. which sold on a par with the closing rates of the March sales. Xlipes were occasionally in sellers' favor.
