FORECAST AND SUMMARY.

The following weather summary and forecast was issued by the Dominion Meteorologist at 5 p.m.: Summary: The barometer is now very high everywhere, and. moderate to strong southeasterly winds have prevailed, with cold and changeable. weather, but fair to cloudy conditions have predominated. Forecast: Present indications are for fair to cloudy weather generally, dull and foggy at times in many parts of the country; moderate to strong easterly winds, veering to increasing northeriies after about sixteen hours, when the barometer will probably fall everywhere. '
