, Berlin, April IS. Sir Edward Grey, Secretary for Foreign Affairs, will accompany King George, and M. Sazanoff, Russian Minister for Foreign Affairs, will accompany the Czar to Berlin for the wedding of the Kaiser's jaughter. This is considered significant us affecting mutual relations and tlx' settlement of the Eastern question. It is stated that France will be represented jit the wedding by a man. The King and Queen of Italy will also attend the ceremony.
