Herr von Betlimann Hollweg, the Ger- 1 man Chancellor, in the Reichstag, ex-1 plained that two French Socialists had' been expelled for wishing to speak'at, Social-Democratic meetings against the Army Bill. Germany did not want foreigners' advice on defence.
