Cable advice lias been received of the departure of the Kaitangata (1988 tons) from Newcastle for New Plymouth with a cargo of coal. She should' arrive here "early next week. ' • ;v. ■'.;■; HOME LOADING AT WAITAR4!. Loading operations in connection with the Home liner Essex in the Waitnra roadstead l; has been delayed owing to the heavy seas. She is expected to get away for Wellington this week, and will have repairs effected to her windlass, which has been displaced.
