The Daily Chronicle's "Vienna icorrespondent says that the relations between Bulgaria and Servia are increasingly strained. The disputed territory comprises 25,000 square miles. Montenegro demands an extension northwards and eastwards, including Plevel, Plava and Ipek.
Vienna, April 10. The Neue Freie Presse states that Bulgaria believes that Servia and Greece . are wilfully delaying peace in order ,to ■ their armies near Salonika.
