HIBERNIAN CONFERENCE. By Telegraph—Press Association. Napier; Monday. The Hibernian Conference closed' on Saturday. Mr. D. Flynn was elected district president, and Mr. A. J. Martin vice-president. Westport was selected as the place of the next triennial meeting. BURGLARIES AT NAPIER. Napier, Monday. A number of burglaries, principally from private houses whose owners were away holiday-making, have been reported to the police lately. The thefts in some instances ranged up to £3O. The police have no blue.
