UXDER-PAID MUSICIAN'S.

By Telegraph— Press Association. Auckland, Monday. In the Arbitration Court Mr. Justice Sim delivered judgment in the case against Brook Bros,, proprietors of the Windsor Rink, who were charged with paying the orchestra less than £3 a week each. The musicians received £3, and lefuiuled 30s a week, and had seats to that value reserved for their friends. The Court imposed a fine of £2O. and the live musicians who were cited as parties to the case were each fined £2.
