As her strength declined, more delicate dishes, such as custards and jellies, were offered. In spite of their appetising odors, she remained unyielding, and refused all drinks excepting water. FURTHER WINDOW-SMASHING. Received 13, 5.5 p.m. London, April 12. A suffragette has been arrested for smashing thj> windows of the Standard newspaper office, as a protest against the paper's articles.
