It is rumored that Montenegro has yielded on the Scutari question. THE PEACE PROPOSALS. TERRIBLE TURKISH DEFEAT. A COMPANY ANNIHILATED. Received 11, 11.25 p.m. London, April 11. The Daily Telegraph's Belgrade correspondent says that, yielding to Russia's advice, Servia will withdraw her troops from Scutari. Sofia, April 11. Bulgaria is prepared to advise the acceptance of the Powers' proposals; A Turkish company landed south of the village of Xastero on Monday, under cover of the warships' guns v and advanced on the village of Yalos, eight miles westward of Biju Achekniedj, with the object of attacking the Bulgarians' rear. The latter artilleried heavily, and then a battalion of infantry annihilated the Turks and expelled them completely to the coast. Athens, April 11. Greece has remonstrated at the Hamidieh's repeated passages of the Canal, which is it alleged are for obtaining provisions for Alexandria, and against the chartering of colliers as a dangerous pieccdent. The Hamidieh is now in the Bed Sea.
A ROYAL CAPTURE. Cettinje, April 11. It is semi-officially stated that the international squadron captured King Nicholas's yacht Roumania, off Antivari, escorting three merchantmen laden with flour.
