William Henry Frankpitt was charged at the Magistrate's Court with havinjr obtained, bv means of falsa pretences, seventeen bales of wool valued at £l9B from William Clavton, of Ahnura. on February 14th, by representing himself to be the agent of Murray, Roberts and Co., of Wellington, with which firm he was alleged to have an account in credit for £2OO. Accused was committed for trial.
