The fourth annual - Conference of >thp New Zealand Federation of DriversHJi-"' ions' Industrial Association of Workers opened at the Trades Jlall to-day. The following delegates were in attendance: —Auckland. Messrs. G. Davis, C. Weaver and J .PurtelJ; Napier, Messrs. C. MeKenzie and G. A. Raveii; "Mastclton, Mr. E. Flanagan; Wanganui, Mr. DS J. Condue; Wellington, Messrs. A. Patlane, J, Rogers and A. Moore; Christchureh,. Messrs. T. Green and 11, Iluntsr; tTimaru, Mr. R. Dey; Dunedin, Messrs. W. Yorkston and S. Anderson. Mr.. George Davis . was elected chairman of the Conference, i and Mr. H. Hunter conference secretary. The report of the executive committee and also the annual balance-sheet -were adopted. A motion that the Federation record its' appreciation of the services rendered to the labor movement by £h«Kf late Mr. T. G.
