SCENE AT THE DUKE DE RICHELIEU'S WEDDING. New York, February 111. A mob of several thousand women besieged the Roman Catholic Cathedral at Baltimore yesterday at the wedding of the Duke de Richelieu—the present head of the illustrious French family and a descendant of the sister of Cardinal Richelieu —to Miss Elinor Wise, a daughter of the late Commander Wise, of the United States Navv.

They swarmed up the steps of the cathedral, where they occupied seats reserved for invited guests.
