The following weather summary and forecast was issued by the Dominion [Meteorologist at 5 p.m.: Summary: JThe barometer has fallen slowly in the Bouth, with fair to cloudy weather generally, and showers on the west coast and southern districts. Moderate to Strong easterly winds have predominated in the north, and westerly winds in the south. Forecast: Present indications ' are for strong ribrtherly and westerly ■winds generally, increasing cloudiness, ■with changeable and showery condi- '' tions. The barometer is unsteady, with a falling tendency.
