THE FORESTRY COMMISSION
TO VISIT TARANAKI. By Telegraph—Press Association. -Wellington, Last; Xight.. The Forestry Commission has now arranged a tentative itinerary of travel through the North Island, though tho precise datfcs of visits to certain parts are uncertain, owing to the necessity of inspecting some remote reserves and forests difficult of access. The- commissioners leave Wellington for Xapier tomorrow morning, and from there they proceed to Taupo and Waiotapu. Three days next week will be spent at Rotorua. Thence the Commission goes to Tauranga, Waihi, Hamilton, Bnakura and on to Auckland. Afterwards they will visit the northern timber districts, then the Waimarino district, Wnngamii and Taranaki, making a tour up the Mokau river.
