Xew York, March 28. Richmond Floyd and Allen 01au<*.<\ the miscreants who shot Judge Massie in the HillevilU' Court-house in Mareti, 1(112. have been executed. The admirers of Claude presented him with a gold medal because he defended his father when the shooting began.
On March 14. 1012, an outlaw -was being tried when his companions, a mob of mountain bandits, descended upon the Court-house, and. in the battle which ensued. .ludg« Massie, Sheriff Webb and Attorney foster were all killed. The outlaws made good their escape.
