The wet weather oil Saturday prevented the discharge 1 of the Arapawa's cargo, but it is hoped to despatch the vessel for Wellington to-day. THE OHINEMURI. The small steamer Ohinemuri is expected to arrive here this morning from Pouto with a cargo of timber.
