The following weather summary and , forecast was issued by the Dominion Meteorologist at 5 p.m.: Summary: Moderate to strong southerly winds kave prevailed, with unsettled weather Airing Tuesday night, but improving everywhere to-day. The barometer has fisen everywhere, but now shows a falling tendency in the south. Forecast: J*resent indications are for a falling barometer everywhere soon, the winds decreasing from the south for freshening northerlies to-morrow: fair to cloudy Weather, with increasing haze and cloudiness, for a change probably following shortly.
