Christchurth, Sunday. I Fifteen stacks of oaten sheaf straw,- | the property of a farmer at Ellesmere I Bridge, were destroyed by lire on SaturJ day morning. Later in the day the j Asliburton police arrested a man on a I charge of arson in connection with the J matter. The stacks were insured in the j London and Lancashire ollice.
