FIRE BRIGADE EVENT.—Two men to run 25yds to plug, ship hydrant, connect 50ft hose to each delivery of hydrant, connect union to each delivery of hose, then connect 50ft hose to each delivery of union, fix four branches, and finish four yards in front of branches; delivery of hydrant and each union to be capped. FIRE BRIGADE EVENT—Three men to run. 10yds, pick up two 50ft coils of wet hose properly strapped and lying, flat oil the ground, hydrant and two branches, run 25vds to plug, fix hydrant, connect 50ft hose to each delivery of hydrant, fix branches and strike disc. Conditions ■ of F.B. Events. —Events will be run under the T.P.D.F.B.A. rules, and no competitor will be allowed to compete in more than one team in any one event. In cases of more than one team from each brigade competing they must he specified by letters A., 8., C., CHILDREN'S RACES THROUGHOUT THE DAY. Nominations for Numbers 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 15, 16. 17 and 19 elo?e with the Secretary (Mr. Gibbs) at 8 p.m. on MONDAY, March 17, 1913. to be accompanied by the necessary fees, and also performances for the past two years; if no performances for that period, the last five to be given. All local events are confined to residents for a period of three months within a radius of ten miles of the Inglewood Post Office. Handicaps will be declared in the Daily News about March 22. Acceptances close on the ground at 11 a.m. CONDITIONS. The committee reserves to itself the right to make any alterations in the programme it deems necessary, or to alter the date of the sports.
