BAGGY PANTS. By Telegraph—rress Association-. Wellington, Last Night. Three senior cadets were charged at the Magistrate's Court with interrupting a parade. Each pleaded not guilty, and denied interfering with the parade. They admitted that some hilarity was caused by the issue of short trousers, most < of which were much too large for the, wearers. "These aTe offences which I characterise as minor breaches of disi}iline. and as'su'ch should be dealt with at Jiho time in the drill hall," said Mr. S.M. "T think it is. ridiculous that they should, .be "brought before a. criminal court, thus wasting the time of tb" Court." He entered a conviction' aeainst the youths, but indicted no penalty.
