Apple Charlotte was similarly placed among mares locally owned. New Zealand horses figured prominently in the Clydesdale classes. Tn the four-year-old class Alexander's Pride was first and reserve champion, Glencoe second and Glenlyon third. In three-year-olds IJaron Daimler was second. In colts under two years Baron Mercedes was first. Tn four-year-old marcs Princess Famv was first and champion. Rose second, and Flora fourth. Tn txyo-yenr-olds Ooodhope was first. Tn the active .stallion class (three years) Glenlyon was first.
