They propose a frontier from Enos to Midia, instead of from Rodo to Midia, reject the idea of an indemnity, and declare the Aegeans and Albania must be left in the hanas of the Powers. THE HAMIDIEII. Constantinople, March 17. The French vessel Henri Frassinette, which was detained on the ground that she carried contraband, has been found to carry no contraband. FURTHER PEACE PROPOSALS. Sofia, March 17. Diplomatic circles state that the Powers are preparing fresh proposals. Other quarters represent them as coercive. A GREEK VICTORY. Athens. March 17. The Greeks have occupied Ergeri after defeating the Turkish force, who retreated to Tepeleni. A PRINCE FOR ALBANIA. Rome, March 17. La Trihuna states that the Duke of Montpensier has sailed from Naples, with a view to starting a rising in J Southern Albania and proclaiming himself prince. The vessel carries arms and ammunition. j
