Australian patents 28s 3d ex store. Oats. —Xeglected. A Cartons 25s to 25s Od: La Plata March-April shipment, 15s 7%d. Beans.—Firm. Old Xew Zealand shipment 3!)s Od to 41s. Peas.—Quiet and firm. Xew Zealand 30s to 41s Od. ' Butter.—Quiet, steady and unchanged. There is a good demand for choicest, but secondaries are difficult to sell. Xew Zealand, firm; sellers are trying to get 2s in advance of the present prices, but it is unobtainable. Cheese.—Firm and unchanged. Wool.—lt was a good sale. Merinos were unchanged. Shabby sorts were irregular, but there was strong competition for crossbreds. Kauri (iinn. —140 packages were offered and 23 sold. Prices unchanged. Silver, 2G 3-10 d per ounce.
