A number of transporters have been lined under the Arbitration Act for participating in the strike, which has been declared off. A COTTON' MILL STRIKE. Received 12. 1-2.50 a.m. London. March 11. The operatives at fifteen cotton mills at Oldham have notified that they will eca-e work in a week, owing to the alleged bad spinning of the cotton. The owners of eleven mills have decided to close down.
