The Pall Mall Gazette complains of German aggressiveness, and demands preparation br Britain. BULGARIAN'S LOOK IKG FOR TROUBLE. Constantinople, March 3. The Bulgarians fired on the British steamer Moeris, and also on French and Italian steamers, in the Sea of Marmora. The French suffered slightly. MONTENEGRIN MESSAGE TO SERVIA. St. Petersburg, March 3. The King of Montenegro, in a message to the Slavs, says they would rather be annihilated than return without Scutari, which must he captured or evacuated before the peace manifesto is signed. THE TERMS OF PEACE. Received 4, 5.5 p.m. Rome, March 3. Notwithstanding mediation, the Allies demand * the surrender of Adrianople, Scutari and Janina. a Bulgarian frontier from Rodosto to Midia. and the cession of Gallipoli and the Peninsula Islands occupied by the Greeks, and Turkey to pay an adequate war indemnity as a reduction of a portion of the debt borac by the European provinces.
