IN 1 THE MATTER OF "THE TRAMWAY'S ACT, 1908,", AND ITS AMENDMENTS. is hereby given that Thomas Vincent Simons, of Carrington Road, sawmiller, has applied to the Taranakl County Council, being the local authority having control of the Carrington Road, for a license to lay down, construct and maintain a private tramway along the eastern side of the said Carrington Road, commencing at the northern terminus of the existing tramway, and continuing in a northerly direction along the said Carrington Road for a distance of three miles and seven chainsapproximately. A plan of the proposed tramway may be inspected at the County Office, Robe Street, in the Town of New Plymouth, during office hours, upon any day after the date hereof. AND NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN that the application and any objections thereto will be taken into consideration at a meeting of the said Taranaki County Council on WEDNESDAY, the 19th day of March, 1913, at 2 o'clock p.m. Dated at New Plymouth this 10th day of February, 1913.
