NOTICE is hereby given that Thomas Vincent Simons, of Carrington Road, Miwmiller, lias applied to the Taranaki Ccunty Council, being the local authority having control of the Carrington Road, for a license to lay down, construct and maintain a private tramway along the eastern side of the said Carrington Road, commencing at the northern terminus of the existing tramway, and continuing in a northerly direction along the said Carrington Road for a distance of three miles and seven chains approximately. A plan of the proposed tramway may be inspected at the County Oflice, Robe Strei t, in the Town of New Plymouth, during office hours, upon any day after the date hereof.
