ADMXGTOX. At Addington the entrv of slore sheep was a very large one. The yarding of tiit sheep was somewhat smaller, and that of lambs considerably larger than last week. Store sheep 'sold well and' without change in values, but fat sheep and lambs were easier. Fat cattle were in weaker demand, and fat pigs showed a rise in prices in consequence of a small entry.

The yarding of fat cattle totalled 221 head, against 243 the previous week, and included some very useful animals. Values showed a further depreciation, equal to Od per 1001b, the price of beef ranging from 23s to 20s Od, according to quality] Steers realised £7 17s 0d to £ll 10s. extra to .€l3 2s (id, heifers £5 15s to £S 17s Od. cows £5 17s fid to £8 7s. Large porkers brought 40s to 50s. smaller sorts 3S> to 45s (equal to 0d to Ct'/.d per lit). There wns a fair yarding in tbe store pens. Large sorts realised 42s to 40s. and smaller sorts 32s to 40s. The demand for small weaners was not as keen as at some recent sales, but the larger sorts were in excellent request. Representative prices ranged from 10s to 20s.
