BOROUGH OF NEW STOPPAGE OF STREETS. is hereby given that at a iSpcc-ial .Meeting of the Xew Plymouth liorough Council, held on FRIDAY, the 24th day of January, 1913, the following resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation as a Special Older at a .Special Heeling of the said Council to be held at the Town Hall, King Street, New Plymouth, on TUESDAY, the 2,3 th day of February, IDI3, at 4 p.m.:— "That the portions of Leach Street deviation, being all that piece or parcel of land, being originally parts of Sections 1529 and 1530, Town of Xew Plymouth, containing by admeasurement 11.4 perches, bounded towards the North-West by other parts of the same sections 1529 and 1530,250.85 links towards the South-East by Leach Street. 251.05 links and towards the South-West by Eliot street, 38 links to the commenc- ( ing point; ALSO all that piece or parcel of land, being originally parts of sections 961, 962, 963 and 964, Town of New Plymouth, containing by admeasurement 1 rood and 18.65 perches, bounded toward* the North-West by parts of same Sections 901, 962, 963 and 904, 529.51 links towards the North-East by Gover Street 99.58 links, towards the SouthEast by parts of same sections 964 and 963, 202.98 links; again towards the North-East by part of same section 963, 7.18 links;* and again towards the South-East by Leach Street 308.26 links to the commencing point, BE WHOLLY STOPPED."
