It is officially stated that Enver Bey's Turks are retreating to Cliarkeui. They mutilated and massacred 150 nitive Christians, chiefly women and children.
SORTIES FROM ADRIANOPLE

Sorties from Adrianople have been repulsed. The Turkish losses are over a thousand. The whole coast of the Sea of Marmora, from Silivri to Jiulair. is in the hands of Bulgaria.
THE PORTE'S NOTE.
NO PEACE NEGOTIATIONS,

Renter's Constantinople correspondent reports that it is understood that the Ambassadors' Conference in London has decided that the Porte's reply to the Collective Note will not permit the re-open-ing of peace negotiations.
