Regarding (Ik> statement in I lie message from Tnvcrcai-gi]] made ,bv ,Mr. Brighton, re the coal lands lease, that lie intends to get liis titles, the Prime .Minister told the Rungitikei Advocate this afternoon, that Mr. Brighton can get the title to the surface rights and nothing more, which was all that was contained in his lease. li he is not satisfied the law courts of the Dominion are open to all and he can go ahead.
